About Us

AsthmaNowNH brings together information and resources to educate and support everyone in New Hampshire with an interest in asthma. The NH Asthma Collaborative, composed of partners from across the state, helps coordinate activities and provides an important network for agencies and organizations committed to improving the health status and quality of life for people with asthma.

AsthmaNowNH is a collaborative effort of New Hampshire Asthma Control Program, Breathe New Hampshire, Chronic Conditions Information Network of Vermont and New Hampshire (CCIN), Southern NH Area Health Education Center (AHEC) , American Lung Association and the Asthma Health Improvement-Asthma Educator Network.
